DEfactoED keeps Client information in controlled facilities, secured against unauthorized access. Proof of Identity will be required before information is released to any individual, including the Client. DEfactoED typically communicates with its Clients through a combination of phone, Written and E-Mail correspondence.

DefactoED works with a number of partners to deliver its  services. For the purposes of providing our services, Clients personal and non personal information may be shared. This information will not be shared for any other purpose or with other organizations who are not our partners.

Your rights in relation to Information

DEfactoED acknowledges our Clients right to access and control their personal and non-personal information. At any time, Clients can contact DEfactoED to confirm the information maintained, correct and delete the information, withdraw consent for use of the information, limit the portability of the information, lodge a complaint with the ICO in respect of the information.

DEfactoED provide Clients with links to other partner websites through our website and through the delivery of our products and services. Through providing these links, we do not expressly endorse the content of these partner websites nor do we not take any responsibility for the content of these websites.

DEfactoED has the discretion to update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the update to our web site. We encourage Clients to frequently check our site for any changes to stay informed as to how we are helping to protect the information we collect.
